Tank along!

I joined the Tank Along today. I'm doing the Victoria tank and thought a tank along would be cool to do. The tank is coming along nicely. I have about 5-5 1/2 inches done on it. It's a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. In fact, I like it so much that I may have to make one for myself!

I spoke to my sister again today. She's taken to knitting so well, that she finished her first scarf on Sat. night...two days after learning how to knit. Yes, she's an addict. :)

Hubby is working on a button for my site here...look for it tomorrow/Wed. I think I want a button, just to say I have a button. :) In return for a button, I am making him a silly thing: a knitted eye patch for an outing with the boys. I really don't think you should ask...I just go along with the madness. I'll post a pic of him in it when I'm done.

Congrats on getting your sister hooked on knitting! It's like a disease, I'm telling you.

I love the idea of an eyepatch! Arrrr, matey!

If you hooked your sister on knitting, does this make you a hooker? Or, if you got her addicted, does this make you a dealer? Oh well, whatever it takes to get newbies in the fold. Now when is your sister going to start blogging? :)
